RETURN POLICY

Exchange only applies to Ready-to-wear products.

Return time only applies within 3 days (from the date the invoice is printed).

All returns products must be in their original packaging and in perfect saleable condition (unused and complete with all labels, leaflets, accessories, etc.) and have the original receipt attached.

NOT applicable exchange with tailor-made products, discounted products, used products, products with lost labels and gift products.

Return products may take from 7 to 14 days to prepare in case of insufficient size or insufficient material.

WARRANTY TERMS

The warranty only applies to tailor-made products and some ready-to-wear products.

For suits and jackets; warranty within 365 days from the date the invoice is printed.

For shirts and trousers; warranty within 180 days from the date the invoice is printed.

Product warranty includes:

• Repair and troubleshooting of technical problems during use (torn seam, damage collar, broken zipper, buttons fall off, etc.)
• Adjust the parameters of the product according to customer requirements (change the width and length of the product within the customer weight gain limit of 2-3kg)

For each product that requires exchange, the quality assessment will be public, if the product does not meet the requirements of the return policy, it will not be accepted. Similarly, in some cases the product does not qualify for warranty, the warranty policy will not be applied.
